These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 44phdream platform, including account registration, betting and gaming activity, PHP cashier transactions, and responsible gaming obligations. Please read them fully before registering or placing a wager.

44phdream may request identity documents at any stage to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and the witholding of pending withdrawals pending review.
If you are uncertain whether betting or gaming is permitted under laws applicable to you, do not register. Using the44phdream platform while ineligible is a violation of these Terms and may have legal consequences.
03Account Registration
Each individual may hold one active account on 44phdream. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether using the same or different personal information — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 44phdream reserves the right to close all but one account and to void transactions, wagers, and balances associated with duplicate accounts.
During registration, you must provide complete and accurate personal information including your full legal name, valid date of birth, Philippine address, active email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain current and accurate information in your account profile.
44phdream reserves the right to verify accuracy of any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point during your membership. Account access may be restricted during the verification process.
Your 44phdream account is for your personal use only. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any associated balance to another person.
04Account Security and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 44phdream login credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered contact details.
- Do not share your password with anyone, including people you trust.
- Do not use the same password as other online accounts or services.
- Always log out when using a shared device, public computer, or borrowed phone.
- Contact 44phdream support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
44phdream staff will never ask for your password through any channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as suspicious and reported immediately.

05Deposits, Withdrawals, and PHP Payments
All transactions on 44phdream are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱, PHP). The following conditions apply to all cashier activity:
- Deposits: Funds must be deposited using a payment account registered in your own verified name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum deposit amounts are shown in the cashier at the time of transaction.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. You must complete any pending identity verification before a withdrawal can be approved.
- Processing times: Processing periods vary depending on the payment method selected. GCash, Maya, and other e-wallet channels may process faster than bank transfers. Current processing information is displayed in the cashier.
- Accepted channels: 44phdream supports GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.
- Declined transactions: 44phdream is not responsible for deposits declined or delayed due to issues with your bank or e-wallet provider.
44phdream reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including evidence of the source of funds. Withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation where fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
06Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 44phdream platform. Product-specific rules for PBA betting, MA markets, Pusoy, JILI slots, and casino games are published within each respective product section and form part of these Terms.
- All wagers must be placed and accepted before the relevant market closes. Wagers submitted after market closure will not be processed.
- The price displayed on your accepted bet slip is the confirmed price for your wager. Price movements after submission do not affect your accepted bet.
- Settlement of all markets is conducted in accordance with the applicable product rules published on 44phdream. In the event of a dispute, 44phdream's settlement decision is final.
- Wagers on events that have been cancelled, abandoned, or declared void will be settled according to the specific void rules applicable to that market.
- 44phdream reserves the right to void any wager where obvious pricing error, technical fault, or data feed disruption has resulted in an incorrect price being offered or accepted.
- Winings are added to your 44phdream PHP wallet upon settlement and may be withdrawn or used for further wagering subject to any applicable requirements.
- Attempting to place wagers after the outcome of an event is known ("past-posting") is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
44phdream may impose stake limits on any market at any time. These limits do not require advance notice and are applied at platform discretion.
07Promotions, Bonuses, and Refer a Friend
44phdream may offer promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback, and the Refer a Friend scheme from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions:
- Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
- Promotions are available to eligible44phdream members only. Eligibility conditions, qualifying periods, wagering requirements, and expiry dates are stated in each offer's specific terms.
- Bonus funds and any winings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Requirements are stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms.
- Abuse of promotions, including creating multiple accounts to receive a bonus more than once, coordinating wagers to satisfy requirements artificially, or any other form of promotional exploitation, will result in disqualification and may lead to account closure.

- 44phdream reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
08Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44phdream platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account or using another person's account with or without their knowledge.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
- Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit into a 44phdream account.
- Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event on which a wager has been placed, including through the use of inside information, collusion, or any form of cheating.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage over 44phdream or other members.
- Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or miscalculated prices in a deliberate or systematic way.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 44phdream staff, other members, or any third party through the platform's communication channels.
- Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the 44phdream platform, its underlying code, servers, or data without authorisation.
Important: 44phdream may share information about suspected fraudulent or illegal conduct with relevant Philippine authorities and cooperating platforms. This is done to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of legitimate members.
09Responsible Gaming
44phdream is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help members manage their activity. Use of these tools is the right of every member and will never be treated negatively.
- Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit ceiling in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set and require waiting period to increase.
- Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each 44phdream session to help manage time spent on the platform.
- Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a chosen period without full closure.
- Self-exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion from the 44phdream platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be closed and you will not receive marketing communications.
